Hong Kong superstars Donnie Yen and Andy Lau are working together for the first time on a new film produced by Wong Jing. The film’s Chinese title literally translates to ‘Chasing the Dragon’.
Yen plays 1960s and 70s crime boss Ng Sek Ho, nicknamed Crippled Ho (who was portrayed by Ray Lui in 1991’s ‘To Be Number One’), while Lau reprises the role of corrupt cop Lee Rock, whom he played in 1991’s ‘Lee Rock’ and its sequel.
“I am really looking forward to working with Andy for the very first time,” says Yen.
‘Chasing the Dragon’ will start filming in Hong Kong tomorrow.
