Trailer: ‘The Negotiation’

‘The Negotiation’ (협상) is an upcoming South Korean crime thriller directed by Lee Jong-Suk.

The film revolves around a negotiator for the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency who is called into action when a criminal kidnaps a group of hostages, one of whom is her superior. The cast includes Son Ye-Jin, Hyun Bin, Kim Sang-Ho, Jang Young-Nam, and Jang Gwang.

Synopsis: Ha Chae-Yoon (Son Ye-Jin) is a crisis negotiator for the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. She carries herself with a calm and cool-headed attitude. Min Tae-Koo (Hyun-Bin) is a weapons smuggler for an international crime organisation. He stages a terrifying hostage situation and Ha Chae-Yoon only has 12 hours to save the hostages.

‘The Negotiation’ opens across South Korea on September 19, 2018.
