Trailer: ‘The Soul-Mate’

‘The Soul-Mate’ (원더풀 고스트) is an upcoming South Korean crime comedy directed by Jo Won-Hee.

The film centres around a patrol officer who is involved in an accident during a case and finds that the only person capable of seeing his spirit is his biggest rival. The cast includes Ma Dong-Seok, Kim Young-Kwang, Lee Yoo-Young, and Choi Gwi-Hwa.

Synopsis: Tae-jin (Kim Young-Kwang), a patrol officer, gets into an accident while investigating a case, and his soul gets separated from his body. He is desperate to solve the case and return to his beloved girlfriend, but is at his wits’ end as a wandering spirit. Unexpectedly Tae-jin discovers someone who can see him, but it is none other than his archfoe and neighbor Jang-su (Ma Dong-Seok), who runs a judo studio.

‘The Soul-Mate’ opens across South Korea on September 26, 2018.
