This is another example of the sad results when mind-numbing comedy and a low-budget is given to director Philip Ko. Once again there is a landslide of crude, unfunny comedy stuck to a very predictable plot. Perhaps noting the success of ‘Tiger On The Beat’, Ko goes for the buddy-cop genre and uses Conan Lee; however, despite his merits, Simon Yam is no Chow Yun Fat and Philip Ko is definitely no Liu Chia Liang. The scenery is pleasant, but if a film review has to consist of that line as a recommendation then the audience should know what to expect.

Don’t waste your time on this as there’s precious little to say in it’s favour; hire out ‘Tiger On The Beat’ instead!
