Ok, it's Indonesian instead of Thai, but I just saw the trailer for this and was pretty impressed. I wasn't even aware of it so to see another country try to out Ong Bak Mr.Jaa was interesting.

'Fess up if it's not that good. It's on my rental list after seeing the trailer but I take it rental is the safest bet?

It's basically a prettier, less exciting 'Ong Bak'. Almost the exact same story, except with some added melodrama and mediocre fights. That said, most other reviewers out there seemed to love it so perhaps my taste is just odd.

Worth a rent anyway, or I'll hook you up if you ask very nicely :P
