How do you organise your collections?

So I was watching James "AVGN" Rolfe's videos on DVD collections (found here and here) and it got me wondering how most people organise their collections. Right now, mine is really split into Western and Eastern flicks, and then either organised by actor or DVD label. After seeing these vids though, I'm considering going in alphabetical order as it seems neater and more logical. How does everyone else do it?
