Can you recommend a decent dvd player?

So my old multi-regional dvd player has just died a death and I need to replace it with a new one. Although I watch most films on my PS3 now, its locked to region 2 for dvd's so I need something that will play region 3 discs. Can anyone recommend a cheap multiregional player which has upscaling (and so an hdmi connection)?
