Current highlights of 2011Pretty much as the title implies, I can curious as to what people would say have been their movie highlights of 2011 so far?

Re: Current highlights of 2011'Confessions' and a resurgent Liverpool under Dalglish.
Re: Current highlights of 2011As I just posted in what have you seen, mine would be Peter Chan's Wuxia.
I'm not sure what I expected from it, going in, but it blew me away with it's old fashioned storytelling and new fashioned film-making skill. And Donnie, you just gave a performance that rivals (in my estimation, betters) Ip Man. Also, Jimmy Wang Yu is fantastic. Absolutely brilliant in his final confrontation with Yen, and I am not talking fists or feet, he really holds his own in the acting stakes.

Re: Current highlights of 2011My highlight for the year, if not that past decade for Japanese films, would be Takashi Miike's 13 Assassins, by far. Great movie.
