I am dead keen to watch this, it sounds like a riot. I don't think anyone makes films like Takashi Miike.

I enjoyed it. Some very funny moments like 'the young child praying to Buddha' (to quote Yuen Biao) gone wrong.

I thought it was OK, for the most part the English was understandable, although a few lesser character's English was occasionally indecipherable. It was good for what it was, but since they were speaking in a second language that for the most part a lot of them probably don't really speak, everything seemed exaggerated, and that exaggerated movement and dialogue made it really feel artsy and reminded me of Pistol Opera. And Pistol Opera was horrendous. It ranks somewhere around The Happiness of the Katakuris in the overall box of Miike's movies for me. Not his worst, not his best, but different enough to be interesting. The cool costumes were a bonus, though.
