can you still get their titles in the shops?

Some of them - but I think this is only old stock as Tartan went into receivership (since bought out, but the new company has to cover Tartans old debts before releasing any titles which might take a while) and HKL has gone.
Some titles are now getting very hard to get hold of (especially the early releases which now go for a small fortune on eBay).
