Hey guys, how's it going....i'm not quite sure why it's taken me so long to find this place...I must be slacking! I was around on Dragons Den UK but I can't remember if I was using my EggShen username on there, I notice one or two names that I recognise but i'll hopefully get to know some more of you as we go on....
So...the intro questions:
Fav HK Films: Wheels on Meals, Armour of God, Duel to Death, Dreadnaught, Encounters of the Spooky Kind, Eastern Conders, Mr. Vampire II, etc.
Fav Asian Films: Dolls, Ju-on, Sonatine
Fav Stars: Sammo Hung-Jackie Chan-Yuen Biao, Lam Ching-Ying, Yuen Wah, Cynthia Rothrock, Simon Yam.....everyone's favourite 80s action stars, etc.
Films that got me into Asian cinema: I'm sure that some people will understand when I say; Channel 4.

Fav Asian Film: My Sassy Girl, Battle Royale, Kairo, Oldboy
Fav Stars: Jun Ji-hyun, Song Kang-ho, Juri Ueno
Film that got me into Asian cinema: Ringu, Audition (in my J-Horror Days), Battle Royale
Like I say, apart from some memories of some old films on Channel 4 and some old Cult Cinema Videos (anyone remember the Redemption label?), I fell into Asian movies via the J-Horror Boom. Went mad buying just about anything! Then took a step back, and only recently returned to the fold. Addictive isn't it?
