I have tried to ban myself from buying anything new until my "to watch" list is completed, but I went ahead and ordered True Legend the other day :(

That is the absolute last though and no new films until I have made a decent dent in the pile.

I may have to do the same. I'll make an exception if I see something dirt cheap that I'm interested in..... but I think a partial ban is the only way forward for me.

Got a few things I want from DDDHouse first this month....(Painted Skin (Kung Hu's not the remake.),Kung Fu Girl, Little Big Soldier)then it's definitely no more for a while. :o

I wonder if I can last?

I just bought the TV series of The Hitchhikers Guide to The Galaxy

It's a nice boxset, 2 dvds and the book for only 5 Euros.

I never knew there was a series, but it said BBC (what usually means quality) on the box and that cheap price made me buy it.

SO I just checked IMDB and it seems I have done myself a favor to watch this weekend.

A classic series for me, much better than the movie version they did. The effects obviously look very dated now but the jokes are a lot more effective and the story is closer to the books/radio show.

The TV series was great, and as Phil says, much better than the movie. I have the series on VHS and have considered upgrading to DVD but never got around to it. I was a big fan of the books and I have the orignal Radio series which was even better.

Yeah I had the radio series on tape as a kid and lost it, but have it on an audio file I downloaded somewhere.

The movie wasn't special indeed, not in my collection either, so I am happy I just came across this set.

thanks for the comments. ;)

Gonna check it out now. :D

Just bought Bodyguards and Assassins, strangely having similar box art to the Warlords. Also found Guyver: Dark Hero in a market stall for £2.99! Bargain! Also purchased season 3 of Bleach, Give 'em Hell Malone and Rear Window.

Looking into buying Merantau Warrior and Ong Bak 2 The Beginning, but not sure if it's worth investing in them yet. Considering I have almost 150 odd movies still to watch, hah!
