Two teaser trailers have been released for 'The Deadly Strands', an upcoming Chinese horror movie directed by Zhao Xiao-Ou and Zhao Xiao-Xi. The film centres around an apartment block that is said to be haunted by the ghost of a woman who was the victim of domestic violence.

Japanese director Takashi Miike is set to make his English language feature debut with an upcoming movie entitled 'The Outsider'. Set in the aftermath of World War II, the film will star Tom Hardy as an American G.I. who stays behind after the surrender and becomes part of the Japanese yakuza.
