Warner Bros are forging ahead with a live-action movie adaptation of Tite Kubo's massively successful manga and anime, 'Bleach'. 'Wrath of the Titans' writer Dan Mazeau has been tasked with adapting the property, while Peter Segal ('Get Smart') will serve as producer and may also direct.

The trailer has been released for 'Blood Stained Shoes', a new Chinese horror movie directed by Raymond Yip. The film stars Kara Hui as a vicious widow who mercilessly persecutes other women - all set against a backdrop of a series of gruesome murders, revolving around a pair of embroidered shoes.

On March 11th, 2012, exactly a year after the earthquake which caused so much damage to Japan, Third Window Films will be hosting a charity screening of 'Mitsuko Delivers' at the ICA. 100% of all profits from the screening and DVD sales at the event will go to a Fukushima-based charity.

The trailer has been released for 'Architecture 101' (AKA 'An Introduction To Architecture'), a new Korean romance written and directed by Lee Yong-joo ('Living Death'). The film centres around an architect (Eom Tae-woong) who bumps into his first love (Han Ga-in) and ends up rebuilding her old house.

Courtesy of Cine-Asia presents HKL, Jet Li's infamous 'Once Upon A time In China' trilogy and 'The Master' will be re-released on UK DVD on 27th February 2012. All four films have been  digitally re-mastered and restored, and come complete with a wide variety of enjoyable and informative extras.

The trailer has been released for  'POV ~Norowareta Film~', a new Japanese horror movie directed by Norio Tsuruta ('Orochi'). The film stars Mirai Shida and Haruna Kawaguchi as high school girls who begin to experience eerie events after they start filming a program about psychic phenomenons.

Art Service have announced the Korean DVD release of 'Silenced' (AKA 'The Crucible') for the 14th March, 2012. Directed by Hwang Dong-hyeok ('My Father'), the film is a haunting, harrowing expose of the tragic real-life story of sexual abuse that took place at a school for hearing-impaired children.

The teaser trailer has been released for 'The Way - Man Of The White Porcelain', a new film based on the life of Takumi Asakawa - a Japanese man who entered Korea during Japan's occupation. Asakawa became captivated by the culture and championed the value of traditional white porcelain.

Art Service have announced the Korean DVD release of 'Penny Pinchers' for the 29th February, 2012. Directed by Kim Jung Hwan, the film is a bright, laidback romance that follows the odd couple bond that develops between a broke spendthrift and an ultra frugal and resourceful woman.

The trailer has been released for 'The First Time', a new Chinese romantic drama directed by Han Yan. The film stars Angelababy as a college student who discovers that she has a terminal illness.
