The live-action remake of the hit anime 'Blood: The Last Vampire' has finally been given a UK theatrical release date of the 12th June 2009. The movie is directed by Chris Nahon ('Kiss Of The Dragon') and marks the English-language film debut of Korean actress Jun Ji-Hyun ('My Sassy Girl'). |

Third Window Films have announced the UK DVD release of 'The President's Last Bang' for the 23rd February 2009. Loosely based on a true story, the film centres around the life of Korean President Park Chung-hee (played by Song Jae-ho) and the events leading up to his assassination. |

Word is out in Thailand that actress Jeeja Yanin, who made an impressive debut in Prachya Pinkaew’s 'Chocolate', has already started work on her second feature. The as-yet untitled project will reportedly be an action romance that sees Yanin playing opposite a mixed-race male star (a rarity in Thailand). |

The first teaser trailer has arrived for 'Tracing Shadow', a new big-budget wuxia movie directed by Francis Ng and starring Jaycee Chan ('2 Young').
