Eos have announced the Korean DVD release of 'Paju' for the 28th January 2010. The film is the second feature from writer-director Park Chan Ok ('Jealousy Is My Middle Name') and takes its title from the gritty suburb outside Seoul which has a strong military presence and conflicted politics.

Although it was supposedly being fast tracked into production, it's been a while since we've heard anything about the upcoming 'Ong Bak 3'. Well worry no more as we've finally got the first images from the film, along with confirmation that it is due for release across Thailand in May 2010.

The full trailer has arrived for the new Vietnamese martial arts crime thriller 'Clash' (AKA 'Bay Rong'). Directed by Le Thanh Son, the film is a sort of Vietnamese take on 'Mr And Mrs Smith' and reunites Vietnamese-American martial artist Johnny Nguyen with his 'The Rebel' costar Veronica Ngo.

The first images have appeared for director Tran Anh Hung's ('I Come With The Rain') big screen adaptation of Haruki Murakami’s novel, 'Norwegian Wood'. The film stars Kenichi Matsuyama ('Death Note') as Watanabe, Rinko Kikuchi ('Assault Girls') as Naoko and Kiko Mizuhara as Midori.

Jackie Chan and Stanley Tong are set to reunite for a new action-adventure-comedy entitled 'Chinese Zodiac'. Directed by Chan and produced by Tong, the film will centre around the retrieval of lost Chinese national treasures which have been scattered all over the world.

Optimum Releasing have announced the UK DVD release of 'Ocean Waves' for the 25th January 2010. Directed by Tomomi Mochizuki ('Princess Nine') and based on the novel by Saeko Himuro, the film is a wonderfully detailed and incredibly subtle drama about adolescence and teenage alienation.

The first trailer has arrived for the live-action adaptation of Aozora-Daichi's gag manga, 'Insect Detective Yoshimi Yoshida'. Directed by Sakichi Sato ('Tokyo Zombie'), the story centres around a detective who uses his unique ability to communicate with insects to solve various bug-related cases.

South Korean helmer Kim Ji-woon ('The Good, The Bad, The Weird') has cast Choi Min-sik ('Oldboy') and Lee Byung-hun ('A Bittersweet Life') in his new thriller 'I Saw A Devil'. The story centres around a man (Byung-hun) who pursues the psychopath (Min-sik) responsible for killing his fiance.

The first trailer has arrived for the upcoming live-action adaptation of the video game 'Tekken'. Directed by Dwight H. Little ('Rapid Fire'), the story centres around Jin Kazama and his battle to win the infamous Iron Fist tournament. The cast includes Jon Foo, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Luke Goss and Gary Daniels.

Palisades Tartan have announced the UK DVD and Blu-Ray releases of 'Thirst' for the 25th January 2010. Directed by Park Chan-wook ('Oldboy'), the film centres around a priest who, after being accidentally cursed with vampirism, is thrown into a nightmare world of lust, adultery and murder.
