Japanese animation artist Yoshito Usui, best known for the popular manga/anime 'Crayon Shin-chan', was found dead at the base of a cliff on the 19th September 2009. Usui went missing on the 11th September after telling his family he was planning to climb a mountain in Gunnma prefecture, north of Tokyo. |

Next up for Hong Kong director Dante Lam ('Beast Stalker') is yet another police action-thriller entitled 'Out Of Leash' (AKA 'Fire Dragon'). The film will star Leon Lai and Richie Ren as two cops, one of whom is being investigated by Internal Affairs for the suspected murder of a prostitute. |

Manga Entertainment have announced the UK DVD release of 'Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor Collection' for the 21st September 2009. The 7-disc box set contains all 26 episodes of the 2005 anime series, which focuses on the adventures of a teenage boy infused with the powers of the Guyver unit. |

Viz Media have announced the US DVD release of 'Naruto: Shippuden - The Movie' for the 10th November 2009. The film is the fourth entry into the Naruto movie series, but marks the first to be based around the new series that is set two years after Naruto left to train with his teacher and mentor Jiraiya. |
