DS Media have announced the Korean DVD release of 'Re-encounter' for the 31st January, 2012. Written and directed by Min Yong Keun ('Just Friends?'), the film is a sensitive indie drama that centres around a young couple who later discover that they were lied to about the death of their newborn child.

The trailer has been released for 'Zombie Ass: Toilet Of The Dead', a new Japanese splatter comedy from director Noboru Iguchi ('Machine Girl'). The film revolves around a group of friends who find their holiday in the woods going down the toilet after numerous poop covered zombies attack.

Kam & Ronson have just released the horror anthology movie 'Hong Kong Ghost Stories' on HK DVD and Blu-Ray. Directed by Wong Jing and Patrick Kong, the film is made up of two standalone 45-minute segments that each provide a combination of horror mixed with romance and comedy.

The trailer has been released for 'Love In The Buff', the sequel to director Pang Ho-Cheung's 2010 romantic drama 'Love In A Puff'. Set in Beijing, the movie tells of the emotional entanglements between Shawn Yue and Miriam Yeung after they join a group for newcomers to the city.

Mei Ah have announced the HK DVD release of '72 Martyrs' (AKA '72 Heroes') for the 18th January, 2012. Directed by Derek Chiu, the film revolves around the failed Huanghuagang Uprising in early 1911, which resulted in the death of 86 revolutionaries, 72 of whom were identified.

The trailer has been released for 'Run', a new Mainland Chinese horror movie helmed by Lu Ke. The film centres around a young couple who hold an innocent birthday party, only to find it ruined by numerous ghostly goings on. The cast includes Wu Chao, Sun Xiaoxiao, Bo Feng, and Sisi Wang.

Momentum Pictures have announced the UK DVD release of 'Elephant White' for the 20th February, 2012. Directed by Prachya Pinkaew ('Ong Bak'), the film stars Djimon Hounsou as a mercenary who teams up with a weapons dealer, played by Kevin Bacon, to bring down a pair of ruthless gangs.

The trailer has been released for 'Love Lifting', a new Chinese sports drama from director Herman Yau. The film centres around a weightlifter (Elanne Kwong) who is forced to retire due to diabetes. However, after meeting her true love (Chapman To), she is encouraged to compete again.

Mei Ah have announced the HK DVD and Blu-Ray releases of 'White Vengeance' for the 18th January, 2012. Directed by Daniel Lee ('14 Blades'), the film recalls the well-known event where warring general Xiang Yu organised a banquet so that he could assassinate his biggest rival, Liu Bang.

The trailer has been released for 'I Love Hong Kong 2012', a sequel to Eric Tsang's 2011 Lunar New Year comedy. Directed by Wilson Chin, the film is a star studded family affair that portrays the living lifestyle in Hong Kong. The cast includes Eric Tsang, Teresa Mo, Denise Ho, and Bosco Wong.
