Jeong Yong Ki's quirky romance 'Couples' is now available to own on Korean DVD, courtesy of KD Media. Directed by Jeong Yong Ki ('The Righteous Thief'), the film starts as a romantic comedy but transform into much more as different characters, couples, and stories begin to cross over.

The teaser trailer has been released for 'Tenchi Meisatsu', a new period drama from director Yojiro Takita ('Departures'). Based on a novel by Tow Ubukata, the story chronicles the life of a 17th century master of shogi who turned his attention to astronomy and created a new calendar for Japan.

Candle Media have announced the Korean DVD release of 'Pain' for the 24th January, 2012. Directed by Kwak Kyung Taek ('Typhoon'), the film tells a unique love story that finds a man who can't feel pain (Kwon Sang Woo) falling for a woman who is ultra sensitive to pain (Jeong Ryeo Won).

The full trailer has been released for 'Hayabusa - The Long Return Home', the new Japanese drama based around the Hayabusa space probe. The film stars Ken Watanabe as the project manager who helps guide the team as they cope with Hayabusa’s 7-year flight to asteroid 25143 Itokawa and back.

Axiom Films have announced the UK DVD release of 'The Housemaid' for the 13th February. 2012. Directed by Im Sang-Soo ('The President’s Last Bang'), the film centres around a housemaid who goes looking for revenge after an affair with a wealthy husband goes horribly wrong.

The trailer has been released for 'Unbowed', Chung Ji-young's controversial dramatisation of the real-life "crossbow terror" incident from 2007. The events surrounded a math professor accused of shooting a Seoul High Court Judge with a crossbow after he ruled against his claims of being unjustly fired.

KD Media have announced the Korean DVD release of 'Mr. Idol' for the 17th January, 2012. Directed by Ra Hee-chan ('Going By The Book'), the film follows a once famous music producer who sees potential in a young singer and decides to make him the front man for a new idol group.

The trailer has been released for 'Howling', a new Korean action drama directed by Yoo Ha ('A Frozen Flower'). The film focuses around a veteran crime squad detective who is partnered with a newly appointed female detective to investigate a series of deaths involving natural combustion.

KD Media have announced the Korean DVD release of 'The Client' for the 17th January, 2012. Directed by Son Young-sung ('The Pit and The Pendulum'), the film offers up an intense battle of wits as a lawyer assigned to defend a suspected murderer slowly begins to uncover the truth about his client.

The trailer has been released for 'The Great Magician', director Derek Yee's ('Triple Tap') new period drama. Loosely based on the Steven Millhauser story 'Eisenheim the Illusionist', the film stars Tony Leung Chiu Wai as a master illusionist who gets the girl and saves his country with magic tricks.
