Production has now started on 'Overheard 2', a sequel to the 2009 cop thriller directed by Alan Mak and Felix Chong. The film will once again be co-directed and co-written by Mak and Chong, and will also retain the original acting trio of Lau Ching Wan, Daniel Wu and Louis Koo.

The trailer has been released for 'Keibetsu', an upcoming romantic drama from director Ryuichi Hiroki. Based on a novel by the late Kenji Nakagami, the film stars Kengo Kora and Anne Suzuki as a young couple who attempt to overcome several obstacles as they struggle to stay together.

The teaser trailer has been released for 'Sky Fighters' (AKA 'J-10's Sortie'), a star-studded military action movie from director Ning Haiqiang. Dubbed as a Chinese version of 'Top Gun', the film tells the story of two outstanding pilots competing for the position of division commander.

The teaser trailer has been released for 'A Chinese Fairy Tale', Wilson Yip's upcoming reinterpretation of the 1987 classic  'A Chinese Ghost Story'. The film will apparently be told from the perspective of the priest Yan Chi Xia, who steps in to help a lowly tax collector after he unknowingly falls for a fox spirit.

The trailer has been released for 'Treasure Inn', a new martial arts comedy from director Wong Jing, The film stars Nicholas Tse and Nick Cheung as two street inspectors who take it upon themselves to try and solve a mysterious murder in town. Charlene Choi, Huang Yi and Tong Dawei also star.

Production has started on 'Love In Space', a sequel to last year’s hit ensemble comedy 'Hot Summer Days'. The film will once again be co-directed by Wing Shya and Tony Chan, and will also bring back popular model-turned-actress Angelababy. Co-stars will include Eason Chan, Aaron Kwok and Kwai Lun Mai.

The trailer has been released for 'Black Angels', a straight-to-DVD live-action adaptation of Shinji Hiramatsu's manga series. The film stars Motoki Ochiai ('Gokusen: The Movie') as the leader of a group of vigilantes who take it upon themselves to deliver justice to evil-doers that have escaped the law.

Manga Entertainment have announced the UK DVD release of '5 Centimetres Per Second' for the 14th March, 2011. Directed by Makoto Shinkai, the film is comprised of three interconnected short stories, each centred on the hopes and dreams of a boy named Takaki Tono.

A rough trailer has been released for 'Choy Li Fut' (AKA 'Choy Lee Fut'), a new martial arts actioner intended to showcase the titular form of kung fu. The film stars Sammy Hung and Kane Kosugi as two students of Hung Gar master Sammo Hung, who decide to head off to China to learn Choy Li Fut.

Art Service have announced the Korean DVD release of 'Haunters' (AKA 'Psychic') for the 10th March, 2011. Directed by Kim Min Suk, the film is a supernatural thriller that depicts the struggle between a mind controlling psychic (Kang Dong Won) and the only man (Ko Su) capable of resisting his power.
