Barbie Xu Handpicked By Andy Lau

 

In a recent interview, actress Barbie Xu ('Connected') joked that she would like the opportunity to play Andy Lau's wife someday as he seemed like someone who could protect his lover. Much to her surprise, her wish has come true as Andy has handpicked her for his latest project.

Set in the year 2085, 'Future Cop' centres around a cop (Lau) who accidentally travels back in time to 2010 where he must team up with another officer (Xu) to capture an international crime syndicate. The film will be directed by Wong Jing with action choreography by Ching Siu Tung.
