'Castle Of Cagliostro' On UK DVD/Blu-Ray Combo

 

Studiocanal have announced the UK DVD/Blu-Ray Combo release of 'Castle Of Cagliostro' for the 12th November, 2012. Directed by Hayao Miyazaki, the film sees international man of mystery Lupin III travelling to the picturesque European duchy of Cagliostro to rescue a girl from an evil Count.

Synopsis

Lupin and Jigen, a pair of modern day Robin Hoods, realise that their latest haul of booty just happens to be counterfeit, and manage to trace the forgers to the tiny country of Cagliostro. They also discover that the evil Count of Cagliostro has imprisoned a girl who knows the secrets to a marvellous treasure. The pair then join forces with the swordsman Goemon and Interpol inspector Zanigata and plan an assault on the laser-beam protected castle.
