Dennis Law Unveils His 'New Age Vampire Warriors'

Next up for director Dennis Law ('Bad Blood') will be a supernatural action comedy entitled 'New Age Vampire Warriors'. The film started production earlier this week and boasts an impressive cast list that includes Lu Xia Jiang, Yuen Wah, Chrissie Chau, Chin Siu Ho, Pinky Cheung, Hung Yan Yan, and Dada.

In the film, veteran actor Yuen Wah plays the role of a Vampire Lord who is responsible for killing the sister of Lu Xia Jiang's character. The two are expected to have several fight scenes together and Wah has heaped praise on Jiang's abilities, going so far as to say that he has rarely seen an actress so capable of fighting.

Apart from action, Lu Xia Jiang will also have several dramatic and emotional scenes within the film. For the first time, she'll also be sporting long tresses, "This image is very feminine, allowing me to exhibit my kung fu as well as a tender side. I like this role very much, and hope to give everyone a brand new feel."

'New Age Vampire Warriors' is expected to wrap within a month with an eye to a late 2010 release.
