'Howling' On Korean DVD

 

CJ E&M have announced the Korean DVD release of 'Howling' for the 27th June, 2012. Directed by Yoo Ha ('A Frozen Flower and A Dirty Carnival'), the film stars Song Kang Ho and Lee Na Young as a pair of detectives investigating a strange murder case linked to a mysterious wolfdog.

Synopsis

Angling to crack a big case to get a promotion, detective Sang Gil (Song Kang Ho) is less than enthused with his latest assignment. He's been partnered with rookie female detective Eun Young (Lee Na Young) to handle what looks like a suicide case. Eun Young, however, notices dog bite wounds all over the corpse, and they realize there is something more to the death. Hoping that this will be his big break, Sang Gil insists on investigating further on their own without reporting to the superiors. They follow the trail of clues to a sex trafficking ring, and soon another victim with bite wounds is discovered. Sang Gil and Eun Young must find out the truth connecting the mysterious deaths before more victims are claimed.
