Jackie Chan Back In Blue For 'Police Story 2013'

 

At a recent Beijing press conference, the China Vision Media Group announced that Jackie Chan has signed on to star in a new entry into the 'Police Story' series. Currently going under the tentative title of 'Police Story 2013', the film will see Chan reunited with 'Little Big Soldier' director Ding Sheng.

The last 'Police Story' movie - 'New Police Story' - was released back in 2004, and introduced a slightly more dramatic edge to counterbalance the action. No word yet on how 'Police Story 2013' will choose to play it, but considering Chan's advancing years it is highly likely that we can expect more of the same.
