KD Media have announced the Korean DVD release of 'Leafie, A Hen Into The Wild' for the 22nd November, 2011. Based on the bestselling book of the same name, the movie tells the story of a laying hen who escapes from captivity, adopts a duckling, and embarks on the adventure of her life.
Synopsis
This heartwarming movie revolves around a hen named Leafie who dreams of life outside the cage. She manages to escape the farm with the help of a mallard, who later gets killed by a weasel. Heading out into a brave new world, Leafie ends up hatching and adopting newborn duckling Greenie as her own, but how can a hen raise a duck?
