Stephen Chow Signs Up For Five New Movies

 

'Shaolin Soccer' star Stephen Chow has just signed a new seven-year contract to make five films with the China Vision Media Group. The first of these will be the previously announced 'Journey To The West' adaptation, now titled 'Slayer Legend', which is due to be released at Chinese New Year.

Although it has been in the works for sometime, it's been a while since we've seen or heard anything concrete about 'Slayer Legend'. However, we do know the film is being co-directed by Derek Kwok and is set to star Huang Bo, Wen Zhang, Law Chi-Cheung, Aarif Lee, Anthony Wong, Shu Qi, and Chrissie Chau.
