Mighty have announced the Taiwanese Blu-Ray release of 'Summer Wars' for the 10th September, 2010. Directed by Hosoda Mamoru ('The Girl Who Leapt Through Time'), the film focuses on an eleventh-grade math genius who has been falsely implicated in the hacking of a virtual world.
Synopsis
Teen prodigy Kenji (voiced by Kamiki Ryunosuke) unwittingly throws humanity into peril when he cracks a math code from a mysterious sender. Next thing he knows, some hacker using his avatar is wreaking great havoc in the virtual and the real worlds. With the help of his crush Nanami (voiced by Shinohara Natsuki) and her large wacky family, Kenji embarks on a digital war to save the world!
