'Switch' On HK DVD And Blu-Ray

 

Media Asia have announced the HK DVD and Blu-Ray releases of 'Switch' for the 16th August, 2013. Directed by Jay Sun, the film is a heist thriller that stars Andy Lau as a special agent forced to team up with an insurance company employee to protect a world-famous drawing.

Synopsis

Separated for years, iconic Chinese painting Dwelling in the Fushan Mountains is about to be united again in a grand ceremony. Before the ceremony could take place, a British arms dealer steals one half of the painting from a Taiwan museum. Customs agent Xiao Jinhan (Andy Lau) is immediately called in to retrieve the stolen painting just as Japanese smuggler Yamamoto (Tong Da Wei) aims to steal the other half from a Zhejiang museum. The half in Zhejiang in protected by Jinhan's insurance investigator wife Yuyan (Zhang Jingchu), who doesn't know her husband's real occupation. With the mysterious Lisa (Lin Chi Ling) playing both sides, who will come out on top and put the painting back together again?
