Teaser For 'A Chorus Of Angels'

 

The teaser trailer has been released for 'A Chorus Of Angels' (AKA 'The Northern Canaries'), a new Japanese adaptation of a short story by 'Confessions' author Kanae Minato. The film stars Sayuri Yoshinaga as an elementary school teacher who is forced to quit after a tragic incident involving 6 students.

Synopsis

A teacher at a small elementary school for the Rebun and Rishiri Islands in northernmost Japan is forced to leave the region after a tragic incident involving 6 students said to have miraculously beautiful voices. The teacher, who lost her husband in that incident, returns 20 years later to meet with her former students.

'A Chorus Of Angels' opens across Japan on the 3rd November, 2012.
