Teaser For 'Samurai Angel Wars'

 

The teaser trailer has been released for 'Samurai Angel Wars', a new fantasy action flick directed by Futoshi Sato. The film revolves around a group of high school girls who accidentally time-travel into the middle of the 16th century Warring States period and find themselves caught up in a bloody war.

Synopsis

Somehow, female high-school students from our modern era time-travel into the middle of the 16th century Warring States period. They are suddenly thrown into the midst of that bloodthirsty war, a situation where spontaneous killing becomes a fact of life. Through their characteristic vitality and matter-of-fact courage, they luckily repaint the picture of the Warring States period. These girls have a strength that knows no fear. In the end, what will happen with the history of Japan?!

'Samurai Angel Wars' stars Kasumi Arimura, Seika Taketomi, and Hiroki Matsukata. The film opens across Japan on the 26th November, 2011.
