Funimation have announced the US DVD release of 'The Duel' for the 3rd August, 2010. Directed by Chang Cheh ('Disciples Of Shaolin'), the film centres around the head of a gangster organisation (Ti Lung) who is determined to find and kill the people responsible for murdering his godfather.
Synopsis
After the godfather of a high profile gangster organisation is murdered, the new rightful leader (Ti Lung) is exiled for his own safety. With his life in danger and killers lurking around every corner, he wanders around for a year honing his skills and keeping out of sight. When he returns home, he is shocked to discover that his old school has been taken over by an evil gang. In order to oust them, the man will have to enlist the help of a former rival.
