Planis have announced the Korean DVD release of 'The Magicians' for the 2nd March, 2012. Originally a 30-minute short film made for the Jeonju International Film Festival, director Song Il Gon's ('Spider Forest') drama is an intimate, deeply affecting film about grief, spirituality, and memory.
Synopsis
Jung Woong In ('My Boss, My Hero'), Jang Hyun Sung ('My Friend and His Wife'), and Kang Kyung Heon star as three former members of a band called The Magicians who reunite on the third anniversary of their guitarist's death in a remote forest cafe. As the three each deal with grief in their own way, Shin also flashes back to the past, when the Magicians were still together and making music.
