'The Wings Of The Kirin' On HK DVD And Blu-Ray

 

Vicol Entertainment have announced the HK DVD and Blu-Ray releases of 'The Wings Of The Kirin' for the 6th September, 2012. Based on Higashino Keigo's popular novel series, the film stars Hiroshi Abe as a stern Detective who must dig out the truth in a case involving a stabbing at the famous Nihonbashi.

Synopsis

Kaga Kyoichiro (Hiroshi Abe) is brought in to investigate a case of a salaryman (Nakai Kiichi) found dead on Tokyo's Nihonbashi. After the man's co-worker was found hit by a truck after fleeing the crime scene, the police think that they have an open-and-shut case on their hands. However, the ever-observant Kaga thinks that there's more to what's on the surface and begins to investigate deeper, from the dead man's son to the suspect's girlfriend (Aragaki Yui). Follow the clues and see if you can keep up with the brilliant mind of Detective Kaga.
