Third 'Tetsuo' Already In Post-Production

 

Japan’s Asmik Ace Entertainment have revealed that a third instalment in the cult 'Tetsuo' (aka 'Tetsuo: The Iron Man') series is now in post-production. The film is currently titled 'Tetsuo Project', (working title) and will mark director Shinya Tsukamoto’s English-language debut.

As well as writing and directing 'Tetsuo Project', Tsukamoto is also art director, editor and even stars in the film opposite American Eric Bossick. When asked about the project, Tanishima said: “I’m extremely thrilled to bring this new cyber-punk project from Tokyo to the global audience. I call this project a ‘solid metal psychic battle action thriller’. This is a totally new Tetsuo for the 21st century.�
