Trailer For 'Great Wall My Love'

 

The trailer has been released for 'Great Wall, My Love', a new romantic drama directed by Emily Liu ('Woman Soup'). The film centres around a manga artist (Cherrie Ying) who teams up with a private investigator (Dawei Tong) to learn about her father’s upbringing near the Great Wall of China.

Synopsis

Chun Yang, a struggling manga artist, grew up in Taiwan knowing little about her father’s upbringing near the Great Wall of China.  A sudden health emergency sets her on a path of discovery of her family history.  Did Chun Yang’s father have a secret he could not reveal to his family?  Accompanying her on the road trip is a shady private investigator, Mr. Fang, hired by her mother for protection.

'Great Wall, My Love' is due for release across China on the 9th December, 2011.
