Trailer For 'Howling'

 

The trailer has been released for 'Howling', a new Korean action drama directed by Yoo Ha ('A Frozen Flower'). The film focuses around a veteran crime squad detective who is partnered with a newly appointed female detective to investigate a series of deaths involving natural combustion.

Synopsis

In a remote parking lot a man’s body suddenly goes up in a burst of flames. The man’s corpse is burnt beyond recognition, covered with mysterious scars as if he had been mauled by wild beasts. A female detective Eun-young enthusiastically engages in the investigation while veteran detective Sang-kil regards it as a simple suicide case. Before long, a series of deaths occur in which people are viciously attacked by some unidentified animal. Soon they learn that the mysterious animal responsible for the killings is a hybrid creature of half dog, half wolf – a ‘wolfdog’.

'Howling' stars Lee Na-young, Song Kang-ho, Jang In-ho, Kim Dong-yoon, and Nam Bo-ra. It is due for release across South Korea on the 9th February, 2012.
