Trailer For 'Kankin Tantei'

 

The trailer has been released for 'Kankin Tantei', a live-action Japanese adaptation of Takemaru Abiko's mystery manga. Directed by Takuro Oikawa, the story follows a man (Takahiro Miura) who stumbles onto a murder scene and attempts to try and solve the case himself.

Synopsis

Ryota (Takahiro Miura) encounters a mysterious girl named Akane (Natsuna Watanabe) in the apartment of a woman who was stabbed to death. Suspecting her of the crime, Ryota confines her to a bed. He decides to attempt to solve the case on his own, but surprisingly, Akane tells him “I’ll solve it�. Why was Ryota at the scene of a murder? Why did Akane arrive afterward? Without knowing anything about each other, the pair enter into a partnership to reveal the real culprit.

'Kankin Tantei' is due for release across Japan on the 1st June, 2013.
