Trailer For 'Nanase Once More'

 

The trailer has been released for 'Nanase Once More' ('Nanase Futatabi'), a new live-action movie adaptation of Yasutaka Tsutsui's monumental sci-fi novel. Directed by Kazuya Konaka ('Tokyo Girl'), the story centres around a young woman who has the ability to read the thoughts of the people around her.

Synopsis

Nanase was born with the supernatural ability to read people’s minds. Although most people would consider this a blessing, the power actually makes her feel like an outcast and she struggles to make friends. When she learns that there are other people with similar powers, she seeks them out and finally finds a group that she can relate to. Unfortunately, there is an evil organisation looking to wipe out their kind, so Nanase must team up with her new friends to fight for their lives.

'Nanase Once More' stars Sei Ashina, Eriko Sato, Kei Tanaka, Ai Maeda, Dante Carver, Yuki Imai, Masahiko Kawahara, Narushi Ikeda, Ren Osugi, Sei Hiraizumi and Eisaku Yoshida. It is scheduled for release on the 2nd October, 2010.
