Trailer For 'The Double Life'

 

The trailer has been released for 'The Double Life' (AKA 'Side A, Side B'), a new black comedy from Chinese director Ning Ying. The film uses provocative elements such as nudity, a storyline involving an elopement and a suicide scene to pose the question of whether to choose true love over money.

Synopsis

A depressed woman is sent to a mental hospital and is then “rescued� by her ex-husband, who works at the hospital. Together they poison the woman’s husband, turning him mad and letting him end up in the same mental hospital...

'The Double Life' stars Yuan Wenkang, Daniel Chan and Sister Furong. It opened across Chinese cinemas last month.
