Blu-ray, DVD & Digital release: ‘Invincible Swordsman’

Well Go USA are bringing the 2025 Chinese martial arts fantasy epic ‘Invincible Swordsman’ (笑傲江湖) to US Blu-ray, DVD and Digital on August 19, 2025.

Co-written and directed by Luo Yiwei, the film revolves around a retired swordsman who must pick up his weapon to defend Jianghu against a cult leader with dangerous demons by her side. The cast includes Zhang Yuqi, Tim Huang, Sammo Hung, Terence Yin, Xuan Lu, and Yun Qianqian.

Synopsis: Fabled swordsman Linghu Chong was ready to retire his sword when a chance encounter with a dangerous cult leader forced him back into action. As the evil Invincible East threatens the peaceful realm of Jianghu with her demon cult, Chong picks up his weapon and defends the land with a ragtag crew of misfit warriors in this mystical wuxia throwback.
