Blu-ray release: ‘Lady Of The Law’

88 Films are bringing the 1975 Hong Kong wuxia movie ‘Lady Of The Law’ (女捕快) to US and UK Blu-ray on May 19/20, 2025.

Written and directed by Shen Chiang, the film follows a swordswoman as she attempts to track down an escaped criminal. The cast includes Shih Szu, Lo Lieh, Chang Pei-Shan, Chan Shen, Tung Lin, and Dean Shek.

Synopsis: A dangerous criminal escapes captivity – but luckily crime-busting super-swordswoman Leng Rushuang (Shih Szu) is on his trail. However, she has doubts about his guilt, and she’s not going to stop fighting until she’s sure the right man is being punished.
