First trailers for new HBO Asia martial arts movies

Veteran filmmaker Corey Yuen is serving as executive producer for two new Chinese-language martial arts movies to be broadcast on HBO Asia and China Movie Channel this Christmas.
Entitled ‘Master of the Drunken Fist: Beggar So’ and ‘Master of the Shadowless Kick: Wong Kei-Ying’, the films represent the first Chinese-language productions by HBO Asia to feature Chinese talent. They are also reportedly the beginning of an anthology series of action movies to be broadcast on the channel.
The films, which will be screened on the 25th and 26th December, both tell the story of one of the legendary ‘Tigers of Canton’. Guo Jian-Yong is directing, with Cao Jun playing Beggar So and Sun Hao-Ran appearing as Wong Kei Ying.
