‘Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy’ (전지적 독자 시점) is a 2025 South Korean action fantasy directed by Kim Byung-Woo.

Based on the web novel by Sing Shong, the film follows an office worker who is the only person who knows the ending to a story that mirrors the world’s sudden collapse. The cast includes Ahn Hyo-Seop, Lee Min-Ho, Chae Soo-Bin, Shin Seung-Ho, and Park Ho-San.

Synopsis: Kim Dokja (Ahn Hyo-Seop), an ordinary office worker, finds his favourite web novel erupting into reality when Seoul is overtaken by a series of lethal, apocalyptic scenarios controlled by enigmatic entities. Armed only with his knowledge of future events, he allies with the story’s formidable protagonist, Yoo Joonghyuk (Lee Min-Ho), and a small band of survivors to navigate escalating trials, fractured loyalties, and world-ending threats. As fiction and reality intertwine, Dokja must confront the limits of his foresight and the consequences of trying to reshape a destiny he once believed he understood. [© Far East Films]
