Theatrical release: ‘Dark Nuns’

Well Go USA are bringing the 2025 South Korean supernatural thriller ‘Dark Nuns’ (검은 수녀들 / The Priests 2: Dark Nuns) to select US cinemas on February 7, 2025.

Directed by Kwon Hyeok-Jae, the film is a spin-off of 2015’s ‘The Priests’ that follows two nuns who work together to save a boy who has been possessed by an evil spirit. The cast includes Song Hye-Kyo, Jeon Yeo-Bin, Lee Jin-Uk, Heo Jun-Ho, and Moon Woo-Jin.

Synopsis: After learning that the priest cannot arrive in time to save a young boy possessed by a powerful evil spirit, two nuns take on the dangerous forbidden exorcism ritual themselves in direct violation of the Church’s sacred order—putting both their lives and their immortal souls in grave danger.
