‘96 Minutes’ (96分鐘) is a 2025 Taiwanese action thriller co-written and directed by Hung Tzu-Hsuan.
The film centres on a high-speed train caught in a 96-minute countdown, where a deadly bomb turns every rescue attempt into a life-or-death gamble. The cast includes Austin Lin, Vivian Sung, Wang Po-Chieh, Lee Lee-Zen, and Eleven Yao.
Synopsis: Former bomb disposal expert Song Kang-ren boards a train with his fiancée, only to discover it is rigged with a sophisticated bomb that accelerates toward detonation if the train slows, while disarming it would trigger another explosion elsewhere. Trapped in an impossible dilemma, he must make devastating choices under extreme pressure as the 96-minute countdown races toward catastrophe. [© Far East Films]
