‘All These Years’ (这么多年) is a 2023 Chinese romantic drama co-written and directed by Layla Ji.
The film revolves around a young couple who choose to separate but are reunited years later and realise that they never stopped loving each other. The cast includes Zhang Xincheng, Sun Qian, Zhang Ruonan, Liu Dan, Wu Junting, and Li Guangfu.
Synopsis: Chen Miaxia (Sun Qian), a girl who grew up in a patriarchal environment, meets Li Ren (Zhang Xincheng), a rebellious but kind-hearted jerk at Zhenhua High School, who becomes the only light in Chen’s life. They redeem each other but eventually separate. The moment they reunited years later, they realized that what they thought was repeatedly falling in love turned out to be that they had never stopped loving each other. [© Far East Films]
