‘A Better Tomorrow 2018’ (英雄本色2018) is a 2018 Chinese crime action film directed by Ding Sheng.
Loosely based on the 1986 Hong Kong movie ‘A Better Tomorrow‘, the film revolves around a former drug smuggler who attempts to start his life anew and repair his relationship with his estranged brother. The cast includes Wang Kai, Ma Tianyu, Darren Wang, Li Mincheng, Lam Suet, Wu Yue, and Yu Ailei.
‘A Better Tomorrow 2018’ is due for release across China on January 18, 2018.
