‘My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999’ (山田くんとLv999の恋をする) is a 2025 Japanese romantic comedy directed by Yuka Yasukawa.

Based on the manga series written and illustrated by Mashiro, the film revolves around a girl who suffers a bad break-up and attempts to take her mind off it by teaming up with a pro gamer. The cast includes Ryuto Sakuma, Mizuki Yamashita, Noa, Rui Tsukishima, and Mogura Suzuki.

Synopsis: Akane Kinoshita (Mizuki Yamashita) is a university student, who was recently dumped by her ex-boyfriend and is still heartbroken by the rejection. She meets high school student and professional gamer Akito Yamada (Ryuto Sakuma) through an online game. At first, she thinks he is blunt and cold to people, but he sometimes shows his gentler side with her, like putting a band-aid on her wound or carrying her on his back when she gets drunk.
