‘My World Without Me’ (我的世界没有我) is a 2025 Chinese family drama directed by Tian Hairong.

The film follows a woman whose sense of self erodes under mounting pressures, compelling her to seek her place in a life that no longer feels like her own. The cast includes Tian Hairong, Tan Kai, Tian Haiyan, Shao Bing, and Tong Ruixin.

Synopsis: A woman grows increasingly detached from her daily life—her career moving forward even as relationships strain, health worries deepen, and her home fills with unspoken tension. As the world around her feels less and less like her own, the person she once was begins to fade.
